Library Assistant (P/T)
The University of Southern Nevada Henderson, NV campus is seeking a responsible, self-motivated individual for part-time morning work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM, in the Library and Learning Resources Center. Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED, ability to provide excellent customer service, working knowledge of Microsoft products and general office equipment, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred experience includes knowledge of general office practices and procedures. Previous library experience a plus. Routine duties include, but are not limited to, performing circulation activities via an automated system, assisting students with locating resources, assisting with computer use, shelving library materials, maintaining supplies, and following standardized procedures to open the library by his/herself in the mornings (with security presence). Dependability to keep to the set schedule on a daily basis is essential.

Administrative Assistant
The University of Southern Nevada (USN) is seeking, a responsible, multi-talented and professional individual to provide student recruitment support, clerical, administrative, and various project related support for the MBA Program. Candidates must be very personable and outgoing; proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, database and computer-based presentation applications; have excellent written and verbal communication skills; and be able to work both independently and as a team member; have strong customer relations skills and be committed to providing reliable and consistent outreach and administrative support. Administrative Accounting Assistant
The University of Southern Nevada is seeking an Administrative Accounting Assistant for the Business and Finance Unit at the Henderson Campus whose primary responsibilities include general accounting/administrative office support to the Controller. These duties are to include but not limited to arranging and scheduling appointments and meetings, establish and properly maintain an effective communication recordkeeping system, follow up on actions items discussed in meetings, serve as an effective liaison between the Controller and internal/external contacts and act as a back-up to accounts payable and payroll.

College of Pharmacy (Henderson): Pharmacology
The College is currently seeking applicants for a full‐time faculty position at its Henderson, Nevada campus in the area of Pharmacology.
Responsibilities include teaching in blocks and electives related to pharmacology, participating in research and scholarly endeavors, and providing service to the College and the community. In lieu of tenure, the College offers renewable, multi‐year contracts. Salary and rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Minimum requirements include a Ph.D. degree in Pharmacology or a closely related discipline. The successful candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills and an interest in teaching, especially creative and non‐traditional methods of teaching. Clinical Faculty – College of Dental Medicine
The University of Southern Nevada (USN) College of Dental Medicine’s Advanced Education in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics/Master of Business Administration (AEODO/MBA) Residency Program is seeking applicants for clinical faculty positions at the campus located in Henderson, Nevada.
Successful candidates should have proven clinical, leadership, written and oral communication skills and an interest in clinical and didactic teaching, especially creative and non-traditional methods of teaching, and research. Minimum Requirements include a DDS or DMD Degree from an accredited US or Canadian Dental School and advanced training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Possessing a master’s or PhD degree, while highly preferred, is not required. Advanced Experience Coordinator, South Jordan Campus
This position offers a unique combination of administrative and didactic responsibilities with research potential.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Advanced Experience Clinical Coordinator at the Henderson Campus, under the direction of the Assistant Dean for Clinical Programs, to manage the advanced experiential programming at the South Jordan Campus. Responsibilities include identifying and evaluating sites and preceptors, scheduling students, providing guidance and mentoring to students and preceptors, and assisting with the development of site activities and preceptor programming. Requirements: PharmD with managerial/administrative experience is preferred or equivalent experience.

MBA Adjunct Faculty
The MBA Program at the University of Southern Nevada accepts applicants for part-time adjunct instructors for the Henderson Campus, in Nevada, and the South Jordon Campus, in Utah.
Instructors who are professionally and/or academically qualified to teach graduate level (MBA) business courses are invited to apply. All business fields (finance, accounting, management, marketing, etc.) will be considered.
